A workplace sitcom one-page RPG full of ridiculous tasks and overworked employees trying to make it through the workday.

Clients & Contexts is a rules-light TTRPG where you play as a team of employees just trying make it to quitting time. Inspired by The Office, Superstore, and real-life job fatigue, this is a one-page game about corporate absurdity, dysfunctional teamwork, and trying to make it work.

This game is based on Lasers & Feelings by John Harper, available at johnharper.itch.io/lasers-and-feelings and licensed under CC BY 4.0. This game takes about 15 minutes to learn and two hours to play.

You secure the birthday cake for the party planning committee, but you notice the company auditor standing in the corner and scribbling with a stern expression on her face. What do you do?

What you'll need:

• 3-5 players
• 1-2 six-sided dice (d6)
• One page PDF rules (downloadable with purchase)

This game was born out of the Chance and Luck TTRPG Game Jam (random words: "clients" and "contexts"). I was heavily inspired by workplace hijinks and over-the-top characters in both of the above sitcoms while making this game.

This game is good for new players who want to try a TTRPG but aren't sure where to start. Good for tired friends who could use a laugh. Good for fans of comedy, workplace drama, and over-the-top characters.

The bumbling boss has been redirected from firing her assistant manager, but now has redirected her attention to progress reports for the entire staff. What do you do?
